“Got2Move made my move soooo easy and stress free that I couldn't believe that the X-day was over. Just to begin from the start: i called the office on Sunday and wasn't sure if anyone would pick up the phone. Only 2 rings in and I was greeted by Alex. I explained that I'd need moving within a week or so but was not sure about the date. Alex gave me a quote and followed up with a friendly email 2 days later to see if I had a moving date set up, which I did. So I booked for my 1 bedroom apartment move. I had quite a bit of stuff and needed some movers to pack some boxes, so I went with a 3-man crew. In addition, I knew my tight stairs would make the guys' job a little more difficult. Brad, Alex, and Stas arrived on time. We signed some paperwork and they instantly got to working. I was extremely amazed by the whole process, as everyone knew exactly what to do and the entire thing was so organized. At the end of the pick up, Brad even insisted on a walk-thru and god i really needed that otherwise I would have forgot my curtains lol. Pickup took almost 5 hours including 38 boxes packed, and unloading went pretty fast as i was moving into a storage unit. The whole crew was on point with sanitation: rubber gloves, masks, spraying disinfectant on door handles and other things. They were very positive and friendly. I am currently on a budget since I've recently lost my job, so i initially thought to tip $20 each. But after seeing how the guys worked, I decided to tip them a little more. Alex processed the payment over the phone and was kind enough not to charge me anything extra but a card fee which was reasonable - 3.5%. Even though all movers say they don't have any "hidden fees," I was still prepared to pay for the boxes that were used at the very least. But nope! They had included all the costs in their hourly rate and Alex even pointed out to check his first email. I couldn't have been more grateful for the whole moving experience to say the very least. I will definitely use their services again when I move to my new place again in the summer!”
